We use fixed price tiers: Starter ($250–$500), Mini ($1,000–$2,000), Full ($3,000–$5,000), and Custom (quote on request). You'll get an instant estimate after submitting your form.
What if my idea is too complex or not feasible?
If your project can't be built as described, we'll review it manually and suggest alternatives or simplified options — no charge, no wasted time.
Who actually builds my project?
We match you with vetted independent builders with SaaS and automation experience. They build under the MicroBuilder process and support policy.
Do I own what you build for me?
Yes. Once paid in full, you own your specific deliverable. We may reuse generic, non-identifying components (like templates or libraries) to make future builds faster.
How does ongoing support work?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support — covering bug fixes, deployment help, and small tweaks. After that, you can:
- Add a Maintenance Plan (e.g. 2 hours/month of support), or
- Request updates on demand (quoted per task).
We'll always offer transparent pricing before doing any work.
Can I get continuous optimization or new features later?
Absolutely. You can submit future improvements through the same site — we'll treat it as a follow-up build. You'll already have a relationship with your builder, so updates are fast and consistent.
How long do builds take?
Most Starter and Mini builds are delivered within 3–10 business days. Full or Custom builds depend on scope, but we always provide an estimated timeline before payment.
Do you handle hosting?
We can host your project for a small monthly fee, or deliver code you can deploy anywhere (Vercel, Render, your own server, etc.).
What if I change my mind?
Full refunds are available before work starts. Once development begins, partial refunds are possible depending on progress.
Where are you based?
We're based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but our builders work globally.
How does communication and follow-up work?
After you submit your project request, we'll reach out by email within 24 hours if we need any clarification or additional details. Once your project starts, you'll continue communicating directly through the same email thread, with your assigned builder CC'd. This keeps everything simple, organized, and transparent — no extra logins or chat tools required.
